Sliding Folding Doors are ideal for security in many industrial and commercial environments, especially at limited headroom and extra wide openings.
We are an authorised installer of Sliding Folding Doors from leading trade suppliers and manufacturers who use only the industry's best components while avoiding inferior parts from inferior suppliers.
Sliding Folding Doors are available in single or bi-parting configuration and constructed from interconnected steel lattice fitted between continuous double pickets, all bolted for easy repair.
They are top hung from smooth running ball bearing rollers connected to each picket, suspended from a top track with cover plate for security and weather protection.
Guide pins are connected to the pickets at the bottom and retained in a profiled steel bottom track concreted into the ground.
The outside face leaves are continuous 305mm x 1.2mm steel sheet with vertical ribbing for extra strength and interlocked by a weathertight hinge strip.
The leading edge is fitted with handles and specified lock and closes onto a receiving channel for security and to provide draught exclusion.
Most parts are galvanised and polyester powder coating is also available. Door options include deadlock or hasp & staple, fire resistance up to 4 hours, sump box for dirt collection & removal, vision & louvre panels and brush strip draught seals.
Our in-house fabrication facility is also capable of handling all Sliding Folding Door repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer such as Bolton Gate, Henderson and Rhino Doors, including replacement lattice, pickets, guide pins, tracks and locks, often at short notice.
