The
Mechdoors D150
Fire Resisting Shutter is ideal for use in many industrial and
commercial environments to meet the most stringent requirements for a
security product with testing to BS476 to give LPCB approval and
certification for up to 4 hours fire protection.
Push
up operation (max. 3M x 3M) is via a spring loaded barrel assembly
with automatic closing by a fusible link releasing a drop bar. Remote
signalling with controlled decent is available.
Hand chain operation (max. 5M x 5M) is similar with automatic
closing by a fusible link under controlled decent.
Electric operation (Max. 7M x 7M) is via a motor complete
with brake, gear unit, limit switches, in-built controlled decent, pull
cord release, push button control and emergency handchain.
Options include:
- Heat and Smoke Detector activation
- Quartzoid/Thermo-electric quartzoid bulbs
- 24 volt DC Solenoid/Magnetic Release
- Geared Handwheel operation
- Emergency Battery standby
