The Mechdoors
D120
Industrial Roller Shutter has been designed for light to medium
industrial & commercial use and has a reputation for reliability in
strength to withstand general use and abuse.
The D120 is available for opening sizes up to 5.2M wide x 4.6M high,
depending on site conditions.
Mechanical Operation
is via a pressed steel hand chain wheel with continuous hauling chain,
and pressed steel chain locking box.
Electric
Operation is via our direct drive motor complete with brake, gear
unit, limit switches and emergency handchain. Activation from a 3-button
contactor (open, close and emergency stop).
Options include:
- Plastisol Lath with painted steelwork.
- Polyester Powder Coating to a BS or RAL
colour.
- Windbar Guides and Endlocks on exposed sites.
- Galvanised steel Hood or Fascia for weather
protection.
- Wicket Access Doors.
- Full perimeter Weather Seals.
- Alternative controls available.
