The company's investment in computer technology has been extended to include Customer Relationship Management software.   This software will improve the flow of information throughout the company to help provide better and faster information to customers.   Benefits will be seen especially in our reactive repair service, which often requires a same day response and back-up.   The Software is in the development stage and is due to 'go live' shortly.
