Dock Levellers & Shelters are ideal for use in many industrial and commercial environments including warehousing, transportation and retail.

Dock Levellers bridge the gap between a building and vehicle at a loading bay to allow goods to be loaded or unloaded safely and quickly with a cage, forklift or pallet truck. They are available as Hinge lip, Telescopic lip, Edge of Dock and Load Pod, which projects the Leveller from the bay when warehouse space is limited.

Dock Shelters & Seals provide protection at a loading bay by creating an effective seal between the building and vehicle, which reduces temperature fluctuations, maintains a good working environment, protects the goods being loaded or unloaded, maintains environmental standards and saves energy. They are available as a Static shelter, Foam Pad seal, Retractable shelter, Inflatable shelter and as a combination.

The extensive range of sizes, operations and specification can accommodate all new and existing loading bay requirements, including different vehicle types, the type of goods being transported and the loading bay layout.

Accessories include Wheel Guides & Bollards, Dock Lights, combined Control Panels and Dock Bumpers. The improved productivity and safety through the use of these accessories creates an environment that will provide a valuable, efficient and cost effective distribution point.

Our in-house fabrication facility is capable of handling all Dock Leveller & Shelter repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer, such as Stertil, Crawford Assa Abloy, Hormann, Dockright and Dock Solutions, including replacement lips, rams, pumps, oil, fabric, motors & control panels, activation & safety equipment, often at short notice.
